Department portfolios: - Development of educational programmes for foreign citizens; - Development of educational programmes abroad for Russian citizens; - Development of academic mobility for students, post-graduates, teachers, and experts of the European North of Russia; - Assistance with preparation and implementation of educational programmes and projects for students, post-graduates, young scientists, and members of professors/teaching staffs of higher institutions of the European North of Russia. - Assistance with organization and participation in seminars, conferences, and other measures, including the participation of mass media that maintains and develops international collaboration in the field of higher education. - Initiation and help with establishing two-way and multilateral contacts.
