According to the Declaration on the NEOU creation, the parties assign Petrozavodsk State University (PetrSU) the chief organization of the consortium responsible for organizational, administrative, technical financial support for further activities of the NEOU.
PetrSU, as the chief organization, serves to promote the NEOU activities and to observe the interests of all the parties involved in its work. |
